No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. PicMotionAI does not provide refunds for any purchases, including subscription plans and credit purchases, under any circumstances.

Subscription Payments

When you purchase a subscription, you are billed immediately for the subscription period (monthly or annual). No refunds will be provided for subscription payments, whether full or partial, regardless of usage or cancellation timing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period
  • Your subscription will not renew for the next billing period
  • No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your current billing period

Credit Purchases

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Once credits are added to your account, they cannot be converted back to currency under any circumstances. This policy is in place because our service involves significant computational costs for generating videos, and resources are allocated immediately upon credit allocation.

Billing Errors

In the rare event of a technical billing error (such as duplicate charges or incorrect amounts), please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate genuine billing errors and may, at our sole discretion, correct the error through account credits or charge reversals. This does not constitute a refund policy and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high uptime, temporary service interruptions do not qualify for refunds. Our service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
